For standard orders, we recommend 24-48 hours notice. For custom cakes and large orders (especially during holidays), we suggest placing your order at least one week in advance to ensure availability.
You can cancel your order up to 24 hours before pickup/delivery for a full refund. For custom orders, cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
